A Real Treat
Today we spent a lovely day with our good friends in the wine country about an hour’s journey outside of Melbourne. We had a delicious lunch at the Merrick Store, which “is country at its best located on the Mornington Peninsula” according to its website.

Afterwards, we ventured off to the Pt. Leo Estate — a winery/restaurant with a fabulous sculpture garden. The estate is set on 330 acres. It houses Australia’s largest collection of privately owned sculptures on 16 acres in an outdoor gallery.

This is definitely a place to visit if you are going to the Melbourne area. And the tasting was wonderful as well. They had some delicious Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to taste.

Great pictures, thanks for sharing.
Wonderful photographs! Almost like being there.
Loved the photos that AM sent, too!
